Job Summary

Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee and manage the service department s operations and scheduling.
  • Ensure completion of maintenance and repair work.
  • Give clear directions and expectations to the field energizer for jobs to be done.
  • Address customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
  • Responsible for maintaining appropriate staff levels to meet requirements of customer support.
  • Responsible for staff recruitment, hiring, terminations and performance management.
  • Manage the morale in the department by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ensure that all reporting employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe work environment for employees.
  • Provide clear communication with customers, staff, and other department heads.
  • Provide accurate estimates for service jobs.
  • Schedule pickup, deliveries, and repair timeline of the customer and internal equipment, schedule service calls for road technicians.
  • Book appropriate product training for technicians.
  • Organize and control expenses to meet budget expectations.
  • Report generation, ISO, and root cause analysis.
  • Technical support as and when required.
  • Revenue generation by a maintenance contract, repair, etc
  • Responsible for warranty claim
  • Technical/Professional Knowledge:

  • Knowledge & experience of the solar, inverter, UPS, battery charger, VFD, power electronic.
  • Previous management experience in a technical environment with proven leadership abilities.
  • Effective leadership skills with a strong focus on operations and business processes.
  • Ability to identify key issues.
  • Ability to creatively or strategically overcome internal challenges or obstacles.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and accountability.
  • Strong working knowledge of electronic application or repair techniques.
  • Ability to work independently in a busy environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
  • Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.

  • Qualification :
    B.E/B.tech or equivalent (electronics or electrical)
    Experience Required :

    10 to 15 Years
