Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Help team members Identify business opportunities by identifying markets, prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Creating new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understanding customer & team member needs and requirements
  • Identify opportunities to sell products by devising strategies and mining business within existing customer relationships with prospects; recommending avenues for growth.
  • Help team close sales and achieve daily, monthly & quarterly quota
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within yourassigned territory
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
  • challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
  • creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
