Job Summary We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your main responsibility will be to drive our business by implementing a strong & sustainable sales strategy.Your responsibilities:
  • Client acquisition and business development through direct/indirect sales.
  • End to End ownership of Sales activities
  • Strong client focus including pre and post-sales services for long term retention
  • Design and develop customer development plans and execute the same
  • Work on on-boarding channel partners and engage them effectively
  • Effective utilization of Social Media in sales
  • Conduct BTL and ATL activities as required and work in lead generation
  • Penetrate in to NRI markets and effectively make closures
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Create daily, weekly and monthly reports and communicate with effectively with leadership
Skill sets/Experience we require:
  • 2 - 4 years proven work experience in real estate Sales
  • Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills with strong business related knowledge
  • Thorough understanding of marketing & negotiating techniques
  • Self-motivated with a result driven approach
  • Expertise in Real Estate Domain and area knowledge of Bangalore is a must
  • Strong PR relationship with ability reach omni channels
  • Meeting monthly targets in the assigned projects is mandatory
  • Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage
Pedigree:
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (any discipline)
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred
Experience Required :
