Job Summary

About the Role Program Associate

Program Associate will be responsible for coordinating the successful implementation of various missions and adoption in Odisha. S/he will be the face of eGov in the state and will be the first point of contact for Govt stakeholders and implementation partners. This position will be based in Bhubaneswar and with frequent travel to various locations within the State. The position will be reporting to the Program Manager/Account manager

Job Responsibilities:

Your role would involve:

  • Program Coordination: S/he will be responsible for coordinating the support and the implementation activities for seamless delivery of the mission or program level objectives.
  • State Engagement: Ensure that a cadence of meetings and interactions are maintainedbetween eGov and state leadership, state implementation team and key partners
  • Training and enablement of the stakeholders at all levels for various citizen centric applications.
  • Work towards driving adoption of the eGov platforms by way of training and enablement of the stakeholders at the ULB level and following up on the account levels targets set by the account manager/program manager

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Good analytical skills.
  • Keenness and/or experience of working with the government is desirable. Prior exposure to the public sector, development sector, or consulting is desirable.
  • Being Diligent and self-motivated, with a desire to go the extra mile and make a difference.
  • Proficiency in Odiya is a must.

Work Location:This role will be based in Bhubaneshwar. Regular travel to Bengaluru and to other field locations may also be expected.

Work Experience:2-5 Years

Education Qualification:Graduate degree in engineering or related fields or a Masters degree in any of the following : Business or Public policy or Rural/urban management.MBA will be a plus.
