Job Summary

Job Description

  • Coach senior leaders: advise leaders on strategic talent challenges and partner with them on building solutions to address the same.
  • Run diagnostics and formulate org design solutions including partnering with business leadership on site strategy, expansions, and employment models.
  • Provide input and expertise to your client groups in terms of employment legislation, policies, and practices.
  • Review and analyze talent metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the client organization.
  • Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing everyone involved.


Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management from Top B- Schools with 8-12 years of experience, preferably in a corporate HR role.
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as an active member of both business and HR teams.
