Senior Client Partner - Human Resources Business Partner (hr-bp) Job in Access Healthcare Services Pvt Ltd.

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and to increase productivity and retention

Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate

Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies

Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues

Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations

Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.)

Provide HR policy guidance and educate employees on Company policies and procedures

Assist management in creating overall employee experience and organizational development

Drive the employee referral program

Resolve sensitive employee issues with utmost care and compliance with policies

4-5 years of experience in Employee Relations/HR Business partner role

Bachelors degree, preferably specializing in Human Resources or a related field

Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills

Working knowledge of MS Office applications

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
