Senior Client Partner - Human Resources Business Partner (hr-bp)

Job Summary
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and to increase productivity and retention

  • Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies

  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues

  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations

  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.)

  • Provide HR policy guidance and educate employees on Company policies and procedures

  • Assist management in creating overall employee experience and organizational development

  • Drive the employee referral program

  • Resolve sensitive employee issues with utmost care and compliance with policies


Skills Required :
  • 4-5 years of experience in Employee Relations/HR Business partner role

  • Bachelors degree, preferably specializing in Human Resources or a related field

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and presentation skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
