Job Summary
Job Title Assistant Team Lead- HR Business Partner (Contractual role)
Position Duties
- Partner with business to implement the HR framework with people-centric mindset
- Hands-on HR generalist with a strong focus on employee connects and developing engagement strategies along with business managers (key aspects include retention, re-training and improve workforce morale)
- Managing the life cycle of employees with a special focus towards identifying, grooming, and retaining of the key talent among the workforce
- Be the first point of contact for all employee grievances and partner with the HR Business Partner in conducting necessary investigations.
- Ensure the performance management processes are deployed in line with the company s core values
- Benchmark and ideate newer ways of talent management programs
- Guide and coach line managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with Company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, etc.
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Exposure to talent analytics - Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, includes- analyzing Exit interview, observe trends and highlight important aspects, prepare, and publish dashboards
- Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change
- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Design and implement smooth on-boarding for new joiners and partnering with the recruitment team in hiring
- Understand and implement 9-Box performance framework and succession planning
Candidate Requirements:
- MBA in HR (preferred)
- 4-7 years of experience in HR domain or like HRBP role.
- Shift timing 12 noon 9 pm (Hybrid)Broad experience and specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions, practice; performance appraisal systems and staff development
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to assure that short timelines are met while having frequent interruptions
- Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, self-initiative, and understanding of complex business matrix structures
- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of stakeholder management
- Relationship Building
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve resume
