Cvent is looking for a Marketing Automation expert to join its Global Demand Center division. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone familiar with marketing automation concepts and tools who would like to take their career to the next level.
Join us and work with the largest event management software company in the world to help capture, re-engage, and develop qualified prospects for Cvents global sales divisions. This is a fast-paced, timeline-driven, and demanding role that requires a team-oriented self-starter with excellent motivation and attention to detail.
This is a high-visibility position that works with cross-functional departments. This role provides the opportunity to work with a large Martech stack on integrated campaigns. This position will work with the Marketing and Sales teams to design and build demand generation campaigns, including but not limited to: Lead Nurturing, Lead Scoring, multi-touch email and webinar programs, web personalization, responsive dynamic emails, and more.
Position Responsibilities
Work closely with Cloud Marketing, Email Marketing, Web Dev, Database and Sales Operations teams to build campaigns that drive demand generation using Marketing automation systems
Optimize rule-based Lead Scoring and Nurturing campaigns to increase the inflow of leads to sales teams
Build best-practice program templates for internal Marketo users that utilize tokens, snippets, and more
Partner with digital channel teams to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation strategies
Leverage and educate internal users on Marketing Automation tool capabilities to improve the Marketing programs efficiency and effectiveness
Support development of holistic marketing automation strategy including roadmap, plan, design, process, QA, integration and ROI reporting
Analyze and utilize data to improve Marketing program performance
Coordinate with CRM and Sales Operations teams on Salesforce integration and ensure data flows into various systems flawlessly
Maintain and govern the Marketing Automation system
Candidate Requirements
Should have 45 years of experience using a Marketing Automation tool (Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Silverpop, Pardot, etc.)
Good understanding of Marketing automation and demand generation concepts, and ability to implement the same using a Marketing Automation software
Experience building high-impact, innovative Nurturing campaigns using a Marketing Automation tool
Attention to detail, deadlines, and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks, simultaneously
Great analytical and logical ability. Should be familiar with the reporting offered by Marketing Automation tools and to provide metrics/analysis around all campaigns
Working knowledge of HTML/JavaScript
Fair understanding of CRM (preferably Salesforce) system and setup
