Job Summary Job Description Summary: This role involves leading and managing engineering services at critical mission projects. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and logical problem-solving abilities. Key Responsibilities: Ensure projects are implemented as per design, standards, and local norms. Review and manage technical specifications and tender documents for equipment, materials, and service contracts. Lead day-to-day design (where applicable), construction management, and commissioning for IBMS, HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical interfaces. Schedule and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely project completion. Identify project risks and prepare mitigation plans. Ensure safety requirements and lessons learned are factored into work execution. Oversee project documentation, including Job Start, Project Closeout, punch list, and issue logs. Prepare and maintain project scope, requirements, procurement strategy, budgets, and timelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders. Support sales with quotations and collaborate with business units and vendors for parts and services. Promote best practices and foster project team development for maximum efficiency and delivery. About You: BE in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience in industrial and engineering services. Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
