Junior Project Manager/sr. Executive Project Job in Opk E Services

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with a mailer to define account priorities
• Work with a mailer to provide monthly projections
• Ensure documentation for mail strategy is up to date
• Work with a mailer to implement new processes
• Monthly Account Evaluations/Report Cards
• Maintain SOP documentation related to assigned account(s) management
• Quarterly review of mail strategy
• Capturing Minutes of Meeting
• Listen to Call recordings and decipher the specifics related to Actionable Items for various departments/teams
• Coordinate between departments & teams, Act as a central unit between the mailers and departments

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Impeccable Communication Skills (verbal & written)
• Knowledge of Email Marketing
• Knowledge of Project Management
• Should be comfortable with Night Shifts

Experience

• Experience in Managed Services/ Client Management & Vendor Management would be preferred

Education:

• Graduate
• Any certification in Project management would be preferred (Not Mandatory)
