Job Summary Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager/Product Owner to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the banking domain, with specific expertise in disputes or card services. The role demands a combination of strategic vision and hands-on execution to drive product development, manage the product lifecycle, and deliver solutions that meet business goals. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Development: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring products align with business objectives and customer needs. Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company vision and customer demands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver product features and enhancements. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Act as the bridge between internal teams and external customers, understanding the competitive landscape and customer feedback to drive product improvements. Product Performance & Analytics: Utilize data analytics to assess product performance and optimize features based on customer feedback, usage patterns, and business metrics. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the product's success and drive continuous improvement. Dispute and Card Services Expertise: Leverage expertise in disputes and card services to manage and improve related product features and processes. Ensure that the product development aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements within the banking sector. Leadership & Communication: Communicate product vision, goals, and updates clearly to stakeholders and team members. Drive collaboration and engagement across teams, facilitating discussions and decision-making to deliver successful products. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 8-12 years of overall experience with at least 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner in the banking or card services domain. Strong background in managing products within disputes or card services. Skills: Expertise in data analytics to measure and enhance product performance. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Domain Knowledge: Experience in banking products, specifically within the disputes and card services sectors. Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
