Job Summary

Position Overview As a Executive Customer Service, you will be responsible to communicate with consumers of healthcare and telecommunication providers in the United States to collect on overdue and unpaid bills. As a collection specialist, you will be responsible for calling consumers on phone and negotiating for the overdue payment on behalf of the client. Requirements The biggest skills a debt collector needs, is the ability to communicate well and keep information organized Good negotiation skills and interpersonal skills Maturity, honesty, integrity and a strong sense of ethics The ability to remain calm in stressful situations Patience and understanding To be persuasive, persistent and firm, yet customer centric Job Role Utilize effective verbal communication and customer service skills while communicating with the customers Communicate professionally and regularly with leadership and peers Excellent convincing skills Blended Call (inbound/ outbound) environment Document all actions taken on each account, update customer information such as phone numbers, e-mail, and address. Ability to meet collections target Excellent communication and negotiation skills
