Role purpose The management of Logistics and Customer Service operations including compliances and HSE . Managerial responsibility To develop the Team through Coaching & Guiding To ensure effective communication with stakeholders To improve efficiency in operations To work on special projects / Implementations and take ownership in rollouts To ensure company processes are followed To own the compliance in the responsible region To work withing the given budget Responsible for driving HSE Organisational responsibility To ensure required level of performance from all the team members To ensure delivery of operations as per business requirements To Manage and monitor C&F operations Strategic impact To ensure timely supplies to meet the Sales Budget To manage the spend To adopt technology to share visibility and improve efficiency in operations . Accountabilities Create and manage a robust and cost-effective team within Logistics & Customer Service Function within India, with specific emphasis on timely supply, controlling the cost of supply, inventory management, risk management, A key member of the S&OP process. Will be the single point of contact Work with 3PL partners to design & implement a sustainable and scalable supply strategy for the support of Crop Protection business . Will be accountable for the Order to Cash process until POD collection To achieve the cost efficient distribution of Syngenta products from Mfg / Processing Plants to C&Fs / customers, with required HSEQ standards and customer service level To meet forecasted product demand at required service level Define and own targets set against the standard set of KPIs, to monitor Supply performance and ensure that it is delivering against the strategic imperatives Proactively identify potential supply issues and work with key stakeholders to ensure that they are resolved. Ensuring Syngenta HSE Guidelines are effectively implemented in all warehouses and transportation Will Drive the S&OP process and own the delivery of the process . Will undertake projects / initiatives undertaken from time to time Will own and manage the compliance process at warehouse level. WL - 4B
