Job Summary

Job Description

Hiring Business Development Executive for Renowned RPO:

Location: Ahmedabad

Duties and responsibilities

Cold call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead

Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts

Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process

Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base

Collaborate with BD Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches

Maintain and expand the company s database of prospects

Ensure follow-up by passing leads to BD Manager with calls to action, dates,

Preparation of complete profile information, sources, etc.

Set up and deliver sales presentations, service demonstrations, etc.

Assist in creating business proposals for potential clients

Qualifications

Education Any Graduation

MBA with Sales/Marketing would be an added advantage

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Sales and negotiation skills

ability to handle multiple priorities

ability to meet deadlines and targets

Self-motivated with ability to work without supervision

Problem solving approach

Excellent communication skills on phone and in emails

Experience

Fresher s will be considered, however relevant experience an advantage

Basic knowledge of MS office tools and Internet

Work timings

40 hours/5 days a week

3:00 pm to 12:00 pm IST

Mon-Fri (Weekends off)
