About us

• Act as a link between the company and the client.
• Oversee and handle the complete end-to-end client support process.
• Communicate and coordinate with Product Development and Project Management Teams.
• Acquaint with the significant and complete knowledge of the projects running to fine tune user experience.
• Engaging actively with clients and handling client escalated issues post installation or implementation of their product needs.
• Provide technical expertise to clients in order to understand and resolve their issues.
• Addressing and acknowledging the clients queries with prompt replies.
• Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.
• Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
• Completing the documentation for the processes with respect to various projects.
• Performance of Root Cause Analysis to find out the causes for the issue arising so that preventive actions can be taken.
• Suggest timely, effective potential solutions for the deviations or issues occurring.
• Taking active interest in suggesting necessary changes in product development.
• Holding complete accountability and ownership for end-to-end user experience and complete focus on client satisfaction.
• Handling all client escalated queries, including coordinating with the client, taking up their issues, troubleshooting, diagnosing the cause for the issue and resolving it at the earliest.

What we look for?

• B. Tech in Computer Science or IT or equivalent degree would be preferred.
• Fluent in Verbal and Written English.
• Must have a laptop or desktop to work.
• Experience of 2-4 years into Project management or Project handling.

Must have:

• Proactive, Prompt, and Responsive.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Ability to learn things quickly and pick up the domain well.
• Common sense and general aptitude.
