Role/ Job Title:Project Manager Credit Cards

Function/ Department:Credit Cards

Job Purpose:

The role entails for Implementation of commercial card solution and new payment network integration, evaluation of solutions and drive towards implementation. Support the downstream and upstream impacted systems / processes. The role will closely collaborate with the Business, Technology, Operations, and critical Risk Management functions. This role collaborates with to drive effective customer servicing and deepening.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Experience in implementation of projects in core card applications TSYS PRIME, Vision PLUS etc. experience in Certifications with Network
  • Implementation of new products / enhancements as per Business requirement
  • Translate the business need into application / Operational / Risks management / regulatory requirements.
  • Identify solutions that will meet the business needs within the existing eco system / evaluate best fit external channels.
  • Liaise with all key stakeholders for implementation of solutions.
  • Responsible for detailing out the plan from conceptualization till implementation and tracking the same to avoid delay and cost over runs.
  • Evaluation of Business cases and implement the solution.
  • Align with stakeholders and prepare Business requirement documents covering the aspects of Business, Regulatory, Operations and Risk management.
  • Define functional requirements that cover the end-to-end aspects of managing a new product launch or product enhancement.
  • Define nonfunctional requirements on providing better UI / UX to customer, response times in terms of application, quick service, and support more than the volumes of business projections.
  • End to End program / project management for delivering solutions with the support of technology and partners.
  • Conduct testing on the deliverables and ensure the outcome has met the business need.
  • Recommend new products, technologies, and changes to ensure the Bank is competitive in keeping Bank s cards top of wallet and top of mind.
  • Provide optimized solutions to fit the requirement with minimal changes in ecosystem which can help business to save cost and time.
  • Quick response and resolution to identify any production issues that impact customer / Bank, own and resolve it end to end.
  • Track production issues for closure.
  • Identify the root causes and ensure that they are not repeated.
  • Impact analysis and ensure resolution is provided for impacted customers.
  • Liaise on day-to-day activities related to all stakeholders in resolving the issues / understanding gaps etc. to ensure smooth functioning of business.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Any Graduation

Post-graduation: MBA

Experience: 5 10 years of work experience
