Job Summary Role Summary We are currently seeking a talented Tech Project Manager specializing in Web / Mobile Application using Agile methodology. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in mentoring/helping the team, take on all challenges of production and project management and lead the development team with an example. Key Responsibilities Exposure to software development especially Web and Mobile. Design software high level as well as detailed design Interact with customers, gather requirements and take over as a Scrum Master. Take on all challenges of production and project management; lead the development team with an example. Responsible for delivery deadlines Responsible for estimating new proposals Suggests smart technical solutions to meet client requirements efficiently Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients Champion a responsive and stack-agnostic approach to modern software development Should be proficient in Agile methodologies Hands on when mentoring/helping other team members Qualifications Any Bachelor s or Masters degree in related field Should have hands on experience in web technologies or mobile application Should have knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services. Should have knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, NoSQL, concurrency, security, encryption, HTTPS etc Should be comfortable with multiple technology stacks on both front-end and back-end Very strong analytical skills and problem solving ability Very good oral and written communication skills Knowledge on cloud services Experience on monitoring servers will be an added advantage Competencies Desired Leadership - Achieves excellence in all areas of business.
