Roles and Responsibilities 1. Partner with sponsors, universities, schools, category partners, vendors and affiliates to drive marketing programs. 2. Responsible for monthly acquisition of users. 3. Launch new courses and programs with focus on developed countries like US, Canada, Europe, GCC, Australia, Singapore. 4. Run experiment with new channels to drive brand visibility and revenue. 5. Manage and report marketing budgets for the initiatives. 6. Monitor weekly traction on the user funnel and take proactive steps to meet the targets. 7. Work on multiple tools and CRM like Leadsquared, GA, Hubspot & Redash to manage and audit data on a regular basis. 8. Conduct programs to drive acquisition and retention of users to leverage organic channels, competitions and partnerships. 9. Drive user acquisition and engagement for building Codingal community. 10. Responsible for workflow automation, drip and data management. 11. Build long term relationship with partners to ensure recurring campaigns and order booking. To be successful in this role, you will have to be: 1. Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative. 2. Excellent in communication, cold calling, negotiation, and presentation skill. 3. Good understanding of online marketing. 4. Ability to hustle and find new opportunities. 5. Flexible and independent, with the ability to work with details in fast-paced environment. 6. At least 1 year of experience in Partnership / Marketing.
