Job Summary Overview:

This is a front-line customer-engagement role responsible for end-to-end sales activities with customers. The Inside Sales Representative will use their knowledge of Cloud Computing to help customers to identify their need in migrating to a cloud environment, and leverage their sales acumen to navigate the selling cycle, close the sales and ultimately work on renewal of the Cloud Agreement. A team member in this role will be required to keep up to date with the latest breakthroughs in Cloud Computing and work cross-functionality with different teams.

Regular activities in this role include:
  • Generating opportunities from marketing qualified leads or self-generated leads
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to identify cloud solutions
  • Assessing customers needs and translating those to Cloud Products and Services
  • Developing opportunities in alignment to customer buying process and closing sales
  • Collaborating with Technical Sales Team, Field Sales Team and Solution Provider
  • Driving consumption and extend customer lifecycle by engaging into renewal activities

Responsibility:
  • Identify and profile potential prospects
  • Manage assigned leads or end customers via telephone to detect potential business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads into opportunities via BANT methodology, and generate up-sell and cross sell opportunities.
  • Managing pipeline, forecasting business and develop influential relationship with existing customers.
  • Administrating CRM tools, portals and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with country field managers and engaging resources and drive opportunities to closure.
  • Supporting territory performance with revenue generation activities:
    using aggressive hunting and farming techniques
    assessing customer current/future technology needs
    engaging in follow-up discussions with customers
  • Presenting the value proposition to close deals and prepare necessary sales documentations
  • Following up and conduct necessary sales activities on active opportunities until the deal closes.
  • Follow up on dedicated marketing campaigns, assign leads to partner, lead follow-up concerning status and processing, check leads that have been converted into opportunities.
