Job Summary

Position: Inside Sales Executive

Location - South Delhi

Work Mode - Work from the office

Working Days - Monday - Friday (2nd & 4th Saturdays are off and the rest all Saturdays are half-day working)

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager

Summary: -

The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating new leads, qualifying and prospecting. They will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and they will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Generate new leads through outbound calling, email marketing, and social media.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Build relationships with prospects and develop trust.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to prospects.
  • Track and report on sales activities and results.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and competitors' products and services.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs.


Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in the related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in IT - Inside sales or a related field.
  • Strong sales skills, including cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - IT Sales skill with 1+ years experience
