Location: Delhi

Reporting to: Sr. Marketing Lead
Timings: 10.00 am to 7:00 pm ( Monday to saturday)
About the Job: Alpha Media is seeking a talented Inside Sales Executive to join the growing team and help them acquire qualified business leads. He/She will be responsible for performing all phases of the lead cycle: get past the gatekeeper, identify decision makers, qualify opportunities, overcome objections & handling over the leads to sales and give all necessary support during the lead conversion process.
Skills & Qualification: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skill
Understanding of B2B Segment.
Inside Sales experience with demonstrated consultative selling style preferred.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing (Good to have).
Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in generating, handling Inbound and Outbound lead calls from Marketing Decision makers from the B2B segment.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience of various Social Media Channels, Email Marketing, Writing Marketing Pitches or Copies, CRM and Telecalling skills etc.
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, Communications (Preferred but not compulsory)
Core Tasks & Responsibilities: Working closely with the Marketing Lead to understand demand generation processes and generate leads through online and by cold calls.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understand clients business, industry and objectives and strategically pitch Alpha Media services/ solutions.
The building, maintaining and updating the prospect and lead database.
Have a fair understanding and knowledge of preparing plans and presentations (Good to have and would be an added advantage)
Maintain regular follow-ups by establishing account presence and building trust with key prospects.
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets for fixing meetings with potential clients.
Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and understanding their requirements.
Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
Extending the necessary support to the Sales team and journeying along the way till the prospect becomes a paying customer.
Enhance own development by taking responsibility for staying informed and up to date with industry knowledge.
Achieve quarterly lead target.
Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics.
