Job Summary Role -Finance Specialist Mission -Classic Accounting and Finance Level Specialist Key Outcomes - 1. Accounts Payable: a) Verification of vendor invoices for payments b) Supervising work of accounting staff c) Bank liasoning 2. Internal Process Improvements- a) Reviewing Current Processes and then eliminating unwanted/duplicate processes/activities b) Actioning changes in systems and processes 3. Data Analysis -a) Monthly Financial Closing and Report (AP+AR+GL) b) Financial Data slicing and dicing c) Stat Compliance Status Reports 4. Finance Function - a) Statutory Compliances like GST, TDS, PF, PT and effective co ordination b) Statutory and Internal Audits Technical Skills* 1. Microsoft Excel -Command over VLookup and Pivot (test will be conducted) and ability to clean any data in excel. 2. Finance Function -Accounts Payable+Reporting+Audit Liasoning : These 3 are "Must" experience skills 3. MIS -Monthly Financial Reports 4. Data Analytics - Must have knowledge to retrieve/pull data from Tally system Behavioral Skills 1. Friendly, Energetic, Learning attitude 2. Go getter 3. Presentation skills (including articulation of financial data) (small test of how candidate present data and write email will be conducted here) 4. Politeness and respect for others is necessary. Education and Experience 1. CMA/CS/M.Com 2. Minimum 5 Years of Experience, Maximum 8 Years of Professional Experience
