- Leading pitches and shouldering responsibilities in research, planning, creative and campaign conceptualization and strategic implementation for new and existing clients
- Serving as the link between the senior strategy members and managers for effective delivery of the ask
- Training teammates by providing key data and analysis of digital/social media trends while actively understanding industry issues that directly and indirectly affect current/prospective clients
- Leading innovative, effective and award winning campaigns
- Ability to analyse data and critically evaluate ideas & concepts
