Job Summary
Location: Bangalore/Mumbai
Job Objective: Heading the Content Creation teams to create world-class blended learning Coursesfor Working Professionals
Tasks and Responsibilities: Build & Manage teams for high-quality Content Creation (mix of synchronous andasynchronous content) within timelines and budget. Conduct preliminary research Lead and manage the content team to ensure smooth production of content Strategize and design Content Plan and Roadmap for the management programs vertical. Develop a vision and curriculum for new programs - by conducting in-depth SME (SubjectMatter Experts) interviews, research of the primary and secondary TG (Target Group) and theindustry, target career outcomes. Identify and onboard SMEs through multiple channels, engage them in contentcreation/teaching activities, and maintain relationships. Collaborate with and manage key stakeholders - business teams, video production teams,partners (universities, companies, SMEs, industry experts, vendors), leadership teams, etc. Manage and own post-publishing activities like content feedback analysis, learning analytics,students performance analysis in interviews/tests to measure students learning and contentefficacy. Review new and existing content, and steadily build and innovate the Content Library forprograms in the management vertical Devise actionable plans to improve learner metrics such as completion, CSAT, NPS etc. incollaboration with the delivery team.Requirements: 4-6 years of experience in Instructional Design Excellent stakeholder management Experience in handling teams to build content for higher learning/working professionals managing instructional designers, content strategists, content production team, subjectmatter experts etc.
