Job Summary The Strategy Analyst is responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations to support the India Business division. This role involves analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and internal performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. The analyst will also support strategic projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Business Intelligence Identify key areas of concern within the India Business division and recommend strategies for improvement. Analyze industry trends and macroeconomic parameters to identify their impact on the business. Assess the health of the India Business division across various performance metrics. Monitor market developments, competitor behavior, and therapy-specific insights to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and analyze routine reports on financials, sales flash, working capital, product profitability, and quarterly estimates. Governance and Compliance Oversee and ensure compliance with governance and compliance requirements for the IB Head's office. Manage monthly sales planning, business calls, IBLT governance, business reviews, global reviews, board meeting preparations, reflections, NI, and PPP reviews. Understand stakeholder information needs and proactively provide analysis, guidance, and recommendations for decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards, tools, and frameworks for monitoring progress and making course corrections. Provide intelligence to the IB Head for monthly performance reviews across clusters and divisions. Conduct market assessments of assigned divisions. Track performance metrics and governance for the BU, addressing issues promptly. Track and update action areas for the IB Head and other stakeholders. Project Management Assist in developing tactical and strategic projects to support IB goals. Drive key cross-functional projects aligned with organizational objectives. Participate in various cross-functional projects and work groups as needed. Conduct project meetings, review deliverables, and timelines. Develop project plans, specifications, and estimates. Coordinate with external stakeholders like agencies and management consultants. Strategy Refresh and Budget Planning Study competition, market trends, industry trends, regulatory aspects, and macroeconomic parameters for India markets. Analyze, evaluate, and recommend strategic initiatives across business units. Contribute to the organization's Long-Term Strategic Planning (LTSP). Lead India-level budget planning for the next financial year. Manage growth targets, track progress, and identify key gaps. Required Qualifications MBA from a tier-A institute. 4-5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and presentation skills. Understanding of business performance metrics. Ability to manage senior stakeholders. Excellent communication skills. High-level product and therapy knowledge (preferred). Job Location Mumbai, India
