Job Summary

Key Areas of accountability/responsibility

  • Develop and execute overall project procurement strategy in compliance with requirements, policies, and processes.
  • Define vendor list for the full external spend, manage RfX process and contracting/ordering process.
  • Closely collaborate with colleagues from Group Operational Excellence, the BU s and Group Procurement.
  • Prepare and lead fact-based negotiations and award contracts for all equipment & services required in the projects.
  • Mitigate procurement related risks.
  • Measure and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Enforce, share and implement best practices.

You Bring

  • In-depth proven knowledge of drafting and implementing Large Capex project procurement strategies.
  • Category Local Market insight in our Industry.
  • 15+ years experience with the dynamics in multi-million projects from feasibility until mechanical completion in multinational companies.
  • Contract management skills.
  • Act responsibly and work efficiently, self-leadership.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English.
  • Collaboration excellence, decision making, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Result oriented, emotional intelligence, quick learning, can-do attitude.
