Job Summary The Lead Finance Transformation is responsible for driving strategic initiatives to optimize finance processes, improve efficiency, and enhance financial reporting capabilities within the organization. This role involves identifying opportunities for process automation, leading project transformation efforts, and implementing innovative solutions to streamline finance operations. Key Responsibilities Process Mapping and Optimization Map and analyze existing finance processes, including R2R, P2P, C2C, budgeting/forecasting/FP&A, treasury, and taxation. Identify opportunities for process automation and manual intervention elimination. Support the execution of project transformation initiatives as per the defined plan. Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination between central finance, subject matter experts, and functional finance teams. Financial Reporting Accelerate financial closing processes by reducing manual interventions. Implement superior automated tools for forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning and analysis. Shared Services Automate manual tasks and expand the scope of shared services across the organization. Identify opportunities to centralize and standardize finance functions. Treasury Implement advanced automation tools to digitize front-end and back-end treasury operations. Optimize treasury processes for efficiency and risk management. Tax Implement best-in-class compliance management and automation tools integrated with SAP ERP. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and optimize tax planning. Required Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in finance transformation or a related field. CA, ICWA, or MBA Finance degree. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial systems and processes. Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Innovative mindset and problem-solving skills. Project management experience and ability to lead complex initiatives. Desired Experience Working experience in R2R, P2P, C2P, FP&A processes, budgeting, and forecasting tools. Experience in shared services environments. Prior experience in executing finance process transformation and automation projects.
