ABB's Robotics and Discrete Automation business is writing the future of flexible factory and smart machines by providing value-added solutions in robotics, machine and factory automation. Our integrated automation solutions, application expertise across a wide of industries, and our global presence deliver tangible customer value. This is Training Manager role, You will report to Service Manager in Bangalore. You will work in Robotics division to handle Robotics training function and take it to ABB global level and fulfill all responsibilities as mentioned.

Your responsibilities

• Managing infrastructure for training in Bangalore & other locations.
• Developing training quality, training infrastructure and training material.
• Coordinate with global for standardization of training material.
• Develop training material and curriculum as per global directions.
• Aligning with front end sales team for getting support of Engineers for giving training.
• Fulfill training requirements of sales, customers & service team.
• Identify competency gaps in service team and arrange trainings to fill that gap and re-evaluating.
• Marketing of training function & developing that business to next level.
  

Your background

• Any Graduate/ Post Gradate with any discipline from a reputed institutions.
• Required 10 to 12 years of experience in training and teaching.
• Should have good experience in teaching and coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Should be innovative thinking and can also think on business development perspective.
• Should be able to handle marketing of training function.
• Excellent communication and Presentation skills.
