Greetings from Cloudsynergy. We have an Immediate Requirement for Training Manager in our Company. We are looking for candidates with a min of 0- 2yrs expr in the Training Manager field with technical skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Understanding the business strategy and its future capability needs to identify learning priorities across concept and territories.

Formulate the annual and monthly training calendars for the concept and territories.

Creation & delivery of functional, soft skills and leadership programs for various role holders.

Driving business initiatives to determine impact of learning effectiveness through engagement and coaching activities.

Design training content in line with requirements to ensure effective and high quality delivery of training to employees.
