Job Summary

Design, coordinate and facilitate technical and soft skills training program based on organizational needs Train employees, dealers, distributors, channel partners on the entire range of product and service expectations Conduct training courses, which involve demonstrating equipment using simulated training sessions. Use questionnaires and surveys in consultation with managers to analyze training needs as they relate to the goals of the organization and work area. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and observation, in order to plan future courses or to update existing ones. Develop training resources. This may involve preparing notes and visual displays from researched information .

Minimum Requirements

The candidate should be an Engineering Graduate. Post qualification experience must be between 8-10 years. Experience should, at least partly, have been in an MNC environment or in a company that is part of a leading Indian group.Experience in Refrigeration and Air conditioning domain technical training is essentialMust have excellent communication and presentation skills. Should have aptitude to research. Must be tactful and matured.Must constantly revise his knowledge of the subject area and conduct surveys to ensure that course content and training methods are up to date. Effective communication skills in English is a must.Experience of independently handling the Training function in a manufacturing concern will be a distinct advantage
