Retention Manager

Key Job Purpose

Retention Manager will be responsible for improving the engagement of subscribed shippers and truckers in the BlackBuck platforms such that there is higher retention and renewals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyse reasons for the low retention levels among different customer segments for the BlackBuck product
  • Solution for the identified reasons and execute measures to improve customer retention
  • Ideate on increasing product recall in the minds of shipper and truckers
  • Increase wallet share for both the customer bases resulting in higher engagement and retention
  • Drive subscription renewals for both shippers and truckers

Requisites / Prerequisites:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of prior experience in retention of customers / vendors
  • Exposure to managing tele-calling channel is preferred
