Role & Key Responsibilities

As Deputy Manager HR, your role revolves around supporting employee and business needs, ensuring exceptional HR service delivery. You ll be the go-to person for various HR functions, providing the necessary support to both internal stakeholders and employees.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Data Management: Regularly updating and processing employee data in the HR system, ensuring that the information is accurate and up-to-date for various HR services.
  • Compensation Process Support: Acting as a point of contact for resolving queries related to compensation administration and processes.
  • Internal Controls Support: Providing essential data to internal business controls teams as needed.
  • Compliance Management: Ensuring that all HR activities comply with existing client standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Answering employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and other compliance matters.

Required Technical & Professional Expertise

  • Educational Background: A Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably MBA in HR) with 8+ years of experience in Core HR and Issue Resolution for international IT/ITES companies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in verbal and written English, capable of addressing complex HR issues.
  • Core HR Expertise: Deep knowledge of Core HR processes, excluding recruitment.
  • MS Excel Proficiency: Skilled in using MS Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing diverse priorities, ensuring that you meet key deadlines and customer expectations, even under pressure.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and implement process improvements effectively.
  • Collaborative Skills: Demonstrated ability to work well with internal teams and external vendors, positively influencing solutions to problems.
  • Teamwork: Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively to accomplish common goals.

Qualification :
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA HR is preferred) with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Core HR & Issue Resolution for any International IT / ITES Companies.
