Job Summary

Prepare for Meeting in IT/ITES, Testing domain.
Having an effective sales call
Understanding the customer requirements by gathering the information as per the standard industry requirement to validate the lead
Gather information related to the right POC, decision-maker, RFP, RFI, current vendors, and service level gaps.
Schedule a meeting with the client to give POC or presentation
Make a record in CRM
Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of the event
Comfortable with CRM, PowerPoint decks, online research, LinkedIn, and various other lead generation platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
