Job Responsibilities

1. Meet Hospital administrators, Operations personnel and Management team to introduce the concept of Patient Relationship Management (PRM).
2. Identify opportunities to integrate PRM into the existing Hospital Management Systems (HMS) in hospitals and help them improve patient retention and operational efficiency.
3. Do regular product demos and presentations.
4. Track the sales pipeline from initiation to closure and prepare daily tracker of client meetings.
5. Implement the PRMS product and support the go-live.
6. Manage & Support Key Accounts and visit them on a regular basis.
7. Attend BD meetings, promo events, conference calls, and training sessions.
8. Implement the PRMS product and support the go-live.
9. Oversee monthly invoicing and drive collections to timely closure

Qualifications

MBA from premier B Schools
2-3 years of experience in Software Sales (Preferably in Healthcare Industry)

The Inside Sales person will focus on customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide prospective clients with all products/services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Job Responsibilities

  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
  • Building pipelines with channel partners and team members
  • Creating and maintaining the database of prospect clients (CRM tools, Excel, etc.)
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
  • Working with sales team and coordinating meetings with potential clients
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets
