Job Summary

The program manager is expected to track activities ranging for process changes, process adoption, business outcome tracking and benefits realization. The program manager is also expected to collaborate with project management teams of the chosen SI partner and ensure that the plans remain sync, on track and any risks proactively highlighted and mitigated

Job Description:

  • create project plan and develop WBS for project execution
  • Monitor and control the project for delivery within triple constraints
  • coordinate the project activities by Liaoning with vendor/partner, SME and project team
  • participate in project review, audits and various meetings with Customer/sponsor/stakeholders
  • Effective Project Communication
  • Risk management
  • Mentor and guide the project lead and team on PM framework
  • Understand and document Customer/Sponsor/Stakeholder expectations

    • Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Knowledge about application operations.
  • People management skills
  • Promoting and supporting the industrialization initiatives across accounts
  • Manages project team
  • Manages project financials including business impact.
  • Responsible for delivery of the program/project on time, on budget and acceptable quality
  • Responsible for Project Planning, Tracking, Status Reporting, Risk Management and Change Management

    • Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/BCA

    Experience: 2+ Years.
