Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Manage our Upwork, Guru and other relevant online profiles.
  • Quality project selection and bidding on UpWork & Guru etc.
  • Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new customers.
  • Speak to customers, via Email, Skype or Teams.
  • Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes, and then documenting them.
  • Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
  • Identify and develop new business through networking and follow-up courtesy calls.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of software to customers.
  • Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature.
  • Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology.
  • Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature.
  • Manage workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals.
  • Meet sales targets set by managers.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Market knowledge and must have presentation skills.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Must have experience in web and Windows based applications in acquisition & closing.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience with lead generation and prospective lead management in Bidding Platforms.
  • Lead generation through LinkedIn, database i.e. ZoomInfo, Data.com and other social networks.
  • Highly focus with ability to meet sales targets.
  • Any Degree with 4+ Years in Business Development Roles or IT Sales roles.
