Job Summary

Argusoft is looking for an ambitious, energetic Business Development Manager with a hunter mindset.


The ideal candidate is someone with 4+ years of experience in software sales and associated business development roles. The individual will be someone with a keen interest in technology and its unique business cases. They will help us identify new business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on gaining new clients and building new pipelines.

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and evolving customer needs.

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.

  • Promote the company s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.


Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience selling IT Services/Solutions to global markets

  • Ability to understand the pain points of various industries and tie them with our offerings and services

  • Able to handle the end-to-end sales process with little or no supervision

  • Aggressive, self-starter and go-getter with a positive attitude

  • Able to build qualified leads pipeline through different platforms

  • Competent in calling and email marketing

  • Strong Negotiation & English communication skills

  • Competent in MS Office and different CRM software

  • Ability to build rapport quickly with internal teams, clients, prospects and more

  • Time management and planning skills

  • Education in Commerce/Business Administration, Sales or associated field (preferred)
