Job Summary Job Summary We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Consultant to join our TankhaPay HR Cloud team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and driving successful sales closures for our HR solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales acumen, and a proactive approach to building and managing a sales pipeline while achieving defined sales targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. 2. Sales Outreach & Engagement: Proactively connect with potential clients to understand their HR needs and introduce TankhaPay HR Cloud solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring high engagement levels. 3. Sales Process Management: Guide leads through the sales process, ensuring successful closures and conversions. Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and progress toward sales targets. 4. Product Knowledge & Presentation: Develop a comprehensive understanding of TankhaPay HR Cloud solutions, including features, benefits, and pricing. Clearly articulate how our solutions address specific customer pain points and business challenges. 5. Target Achievement & Reporting: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights to the management team. 6. Sales Support & Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to create sales collateral, respond to inquiries, and deliver seamless client experiences. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market preferences to refine sales strategies. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, B.Tech, or a related field. Experience: 2 4 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or tech solutioning, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector. Skills & Abilities Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to persuade and close sales deals. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales techniques and technologies. Personal Attributes High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for achieving results. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Empathetic and customer-focused with a solutions-driven mindset. Professional integrity and reliability.
