Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure up clean of facility to maintain hygienic and proactive work environment
  • Monitoring & supervising front office, mail desk, housekeeping services, pest control, stationery stock, florist etc.
  • Pantry related consumables procurement and accountability on monthly basis
  • Arranging accommodation for guests & employees based on eligibility criteria.
  • Issuing of Mobile instruments, CUG SIM cards, Data Cards based on eligibility and Asset tracking, monthly bills processing without delay.
  • Office premises rental agreements, renewals processing and monthly rentals on time payments follow-up with finance.
  • Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipments, appliances, furniture, furnishings, air conditioning, etc.
  • Asset Management of all entities and their key management of multiple locations.
  • WorkSpace Management - Maintaining of Office floor plans for allocation of workspace to new joiners and relocations.
  • Responsible for On-time submission of monthly submission of bills and release of payments
  • Overall Facilities and related services (Ensure smooth & timely services for general building upkeep) & Direct all facility personnel to assist in day-to-day operations
  • Reviews (weekly vendor team reviews)
  • Meet the vendor partner: Scheduling meeting between client and vendor outsourced facilities
  • Training requirements to all Contract Staff (Evaluation for necessary training to all staff).
  • Coordination of employee engagement programs
  • Maintain a safe environment for all facility, employees, visitors, and staff

ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Any Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Administration

COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND OTHER REQUISITES

  • Decent communication
  • Willing to work in Night Shifts
  • Maximum fleet experience more than 50 nos
  • Having BPO experience will be an advantage.
  • Local candidate would be preferable
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills

  • Confident, amicable and ability to persuade and influence
  • Unflinching integrity and personal work ethics
  • Self-starter with the ability to lead and own projects end to end
  • Attention to detail and concern for accuracy
