- Sourcing Profiles from Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn & Social Networking sites.
- Screening and shortlisting of the candidates.
- Coordination of interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- On time hiring of candidates and updating in recruitment portal.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource or Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal skills self-confident and enthusiastic.
- Good exposure to MS Office tools like Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Should be super creative in their approach to hiring.
- Someone who just gets things done (no whining no complaining just action).
- Has the ability to convince prospective employees to join Ziffity.
- Should be self-disciplined and someone who takes ownership.
- Measures performance by an achievement, not activities.
- At times job will demand working over the weekend.
