The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and necessarily have been involved in hard core IT recruitment of Software Development professionals right from building the database to finally employing the person. Must have been involved in large scale recruitment activities involving searching, filtering, short listing of resumes and scheduling personal interviews. Must be proficient enough to meet the deadlines and KRAs set , along with the relevant report preparation.
Minimum Requirements
Must be a dynamic person having excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferably an MBA with specialization in HR and having sound technical knowledge. Must be proficient in working with Microsoft Office tools.
