Job Description: Obligation of the person to complete the task assigned. Enroll different institutes/colleges for campus placement (Yearly). Executive presence and ability to maintain calm demeanor in an always-on atmosphere. Oversee on-ground recruitment and assist in planning (Daily). Verifying attendance MIS with the Director (Monthly). Drafting & Flawless implementation of policies & procedures for smooth functioning of business (As per requirements). Successful planning, execution and budgeting of engagement activities, annual events (Monthly/Yearly). Ensuring smooth exit of the employee resigning from the organization with further analysis being highlighted (As per requirements). Process Variable pay for the exit employee up to the Manager/Sr. Manager level (As per requirements). Issuing experience letter to the ex-employee level (As per requirements). Ensuring timely execution of appraisal process (Yearly). Implementation of AMIT SAT survey (Quarterly). Seeking inputs from managers/functional heads for confirmation/probation extension of employees and providing the same for letter creation as necessary (As per requirements). To look over Labor law, PF etc. in the organization. Attrition and a track for staff retention. Planning & execution of departmental budget. Required Candidate profile: The candidate will be IIT/NIT/IIM graduate with 5-10 years of leadership experience, preferably within the Mar-Tech and Technology domains. Proven ability at building an able team, aligned with organizations growth objectives. Demonstrated ability at problem solving in a fast-paced environment. Executive presence and ability to maintain calm demeanor in an always-on atmosphere. Having sound business acumen with hands-on exposure in building a profitable product / platform from scratch. Candidates with Sports background are preferred.
