Job Summary

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative HR Tech Specialist to

drive the transformation of our HR processes through technology. The ideal

candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR operations

and a proven ability to leverage technology to enhance efficiency, improve data

accuracy, and deliver exceptional employee experiences.

Role and Responsibilities:

HR Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR

technology strategy aligned with Ashoka University s overall business objectives

HR Tech Project Management: Lead the successful implementation and

onboarding of HR technology projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing

systems and processes

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate and streamline

HR processes through technology, increasing efficiency and reducing manual effort

Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics to extract meaningful

insights from HR data, informing decision-making and driving process improvements

Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with HR

technology vendors, ensuring optimal performance and service delivery

System Administration: Manage HR systems and applications, including

user administration, configuration, and troubleshooting

Employee Experience: Collaborate with the HR team members to enhance

the employee experience through technology-enabled solutions

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of emerging HR technology trends and best practices


Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a

related field

Proven experience in HR technology implementation and project

management

Proven experience of working on and end-to-end handling of DarwinBox

Strong understanding of HR processes and operations

Proficiency in HRMS systems and data analytics tools

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively


Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience with specific HR technology platforms, especially

DarwinBox, is a must

Certifications in HR technology or project management


Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience Required :

3 to 4 Years
