Job Summary What is this role all about? The primary objective of the Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) manager is to protect people, information, inventory and assets in designated areas of responsibility. SLP manager assists in proactively mitigating shrinkage and conducting investigations and audits in accordance with Zepto s Security guidelines and policies. The role involves cross-functional engagement and requires deep collaboration and influencing ability with stakeholders from business functions. This is a multisite field role and shall involve travelling to multiple sites within the AOR. The SLP manager along with LP Team will efficiently drive day-to-day loss prevention activities to ensure and maintain high quality and timely support to business Operations in their AOR. Responsibilities - What will you do? - Ensuring optimum functioning, serviceability and preventive maintenance of security systems and fire safety devices. Train Zepto and vendor employees in AOR on emergency response. - Perform risk assessment of sites in AOR & frame mitigation measures. - Ability to work on various tools & perform trend analysis to detect patterns indicating theft, fraud or abuse. - Ability to conduct detailed investigation within the policy framework, identify root cause & write report, develop management action plan for process formulation/ compliance/ improvement. - Drive corrective and preventive process changes that could impact shrink reduction metrics positively. - Build effective working relationships within the team & stakeholders. - Effectively manage physical security of sites in AOR & security services vendors for SLA adherence and conduct training for LP team members. - BCP-Respond to crisis incidents & implement crisis management plan. - Coordinate with legal and Law enforcement agencies for further support based on investigation findings. Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required: - Minimum graduate with 3 years' experience in Loss prevention field, Asset protection, Investigations, Process compliance or Physical security preferably with experience from retail, e-Commerce, Warehouse and manufacturing industries. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Adequate level of computer literacy including Proficiency in MS office package - Strong communication skills & fluent knowledge of verbal & written English. Knowledge of vernacular language. - Demonstrated ability to deal with business tools with critical thinking & understand business metrics. - Demonstrated ability to perform in a pressure environment with adherence to timelines. - This role is a multisite role and it will require travel to sites within the AOR. - Strong interpersonal skills & proven experience in managing stakeholders and vendors - Strong business ethics, discretion.
