Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the Client's 1st point of contact for client site locations in assigned region
- Security project management
- Security operational oversight of assigned regional client site locations
- Security vendor KPI monitoring and reporting
- Oversee Officer training and daily operations
- Ability to work different hours to meet quarterly meetings with Client Corporate Security management personnel and emergency occurrences.
- Act as regional first line responder to security and facility emergencies.
- Assist in Officer documentation -Training Documents /Tracking Documents.
Required Skills
- 5 Years Guarding Experience
- 5 Years Supervisory Experience
- 5 Years Customer Rep Experience
- Microsoft Office Experience -Outlook, Excel - Medium Level Proficiency (data compilation and presentation), Power Point proficient
- 5 Year Access Control and CCTV operational experience at the operator level (Genetec preferred)
- 5 Years employee and Security Operations Center Management experience
- Have proven experience with executive C-suite personnel interaction
- Past experience with executive protection as a detail lead
- Excellent Communication
