Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Candidate, who has experience in handling end to end recruitment process in Domestic Recruitment ( IT & Non IT) .

Must be strong in sourcing, Screening and short listing the candidates

Should be able to hire candidates from various sources including Social networking sites and other job portals

Schedule and Coordinate interviews.

Conduct background verification / reference checks of the candidates

Must have experience in planning and conducting campus placements

Must have Good communications Skills.

Must be strong in Salary Negotiation s and good analytical skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate having good communication

Must have 5 to 8 years of experience in Recruitment (IT and Non IT)
