Job Summary Will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the controls environment, in the context of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and perform appropriate testing.The incumbent will oversee the management of SOX projects in a complex, matrix environment and takes the lead in developing and maintaining collaborative business partnerships with colleagues, internal clients and various levels of management. The SOX Manager acts as the strong advocate in the region to ensure the establishment and maintenance of adequate internal controls on behalf of the regionand#65533;s CFO and Controller.Will manage and direct the implementation of compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) in the region, and with business owners of internal single to multiple mega-processes to strengthen and improve internal controls.Minimum Requirements

C.A. with 7-10 yrs post qualification experience.Exposure to SOX process in a corporate.Understanding of SOX approach and methodology.
