One of our esteemed Clients is dealing in Finevest Services, They believe in providing financial access to the underserved customers with a range of product offerings and are a one stop solution for all your credit requirements, categorized and customized as per your needs, with 1800+ customers; 180+ employees. They are looking for a prospective candidate who will be responsible to ensure risk analytics process stability of a selected portfolio and thus minimize risk. The person will work towards making impactful analysis and models to help take better business decisions. The person should be able to take responsibility for driving the process improvements. Responsibilities: ? Using analytical and data-backed approaches to solve different business problems like credit risk, cross-sell and data quality amongst others ? Develop data pipelines and pre-processing for model development ? Develop models and track model performance, suggesting improvements and implementing approved changes ? Identify trends using input data & model outputs ? Work on other special projects within analytics Skills and Qualifications: ? Overall 1-3 years work experience ideally in any Bank or NBFC or Fintech ? Hands-on experience in model building, implementation, testing and monitoring ? Working knowledge in Python or R and SQL ? Creative to solve problems, pro-active, with an analytical bent of mind
