As a People Success Manager you will be involved with multiple human resource disciplines overall improving workplace communication and delivering people strategy for everyone in Wooqer to succeed. Delivering high quality, easy to engage administrative processes, compliance, systems, policies, procedures and legal contracts. Build relationships by being key business partner for all employees within Wooqer. Raising managers competence in dealing with employee relations issues. Owning the Onboarding process. Build strategy and plan first 7/15/30 days of employee experience. Prepare Onboarding kit. Complete documentation like contracts, nondisclosure agreement etc. Facilitating exit process. Drive Employment branding initiatives. Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software. Can-do attitude and flexible approach with ability to adapt to changing priorities Proven work experience as a people manager. 4+ years of experience Bachelor's or Masters in Human Resources Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
