Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Data/Information Security
  • It s expected that you have good knowledge of information security concerning our platform.
  • Expected to work with various agencies/consultants to plan and execute VAPT audits and keep our platform up to date on data security standards.
Dev Practices
  • Should be an advocate of dev best practices and work with the team closely to establish the action plans to get the best practices in action. You should be active in evaluating and comparing alternate technologies and solutions if needed with no error and compromise on quality checks and deliverables.
  • Should Coach and mentor Tech Team and UAT team on design, development best practices & processes.
  • Budget
  • Innovate with limited resources
  • Constant Cost Optimization.
  • Have an eye on the overall budget.

Technical Skills
  • Good knowledge of data structures and design patterns,
  • Superlative Knowledge of Core Java, Spring boot framework, developing Web-based API-platforms (JS frameworks like angular), Git, JIRA, etc
  • Architecting solutions on AWS Cloud.
  • Understanding Serverless technologies like Lambda function, containers, etc is a must.
  • MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL advance database knowledge.
  • Writing PL/SQL and PL/PgSQL

Project Planning
  • Collaborate with product/business team to elicit and understand their requirements/ challenges.
  • Work closely with peers and other teams to chalk out detailed project plans taking into account various risks and opportunities with milestones and timelines.
  • Keep the development team and management updated about changes in plans.
  • Track and review projects at regular intervals to make sure that risks are detected and mitigated.
  • Various new initiatives & ideas are expected from you to achieve establishing thebest technology department.

Agile Development
  • Lead the tech teams to execute the project plans using agile methodologies.
  • Making sure that execution is following standard best practices.
  • To closely work with team leaders to make sure that various milestones are being achieved.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to the SalesForce Platform, System and Quality Teams as well as hands-on project management.

Qualification :
MCA/B.Tech in Computer Science
Experience Required :

3 to 4 Years
